Heritage Place - Approximately 250 homes in the subdivision.  Most homes are ranch style with either brick exteriors or Dryvit.  The homes range in age from 5 to 20 years old and in price from about $180,000 to $280,000.   Heritage place is a nice subdivision close to flat rock park and at the intersection of Warm Springs Rd. and Blackmon Rd.  

Maple Ridge - This is a Golf community with everything from $300,000 condos to $1,000,000 homes.  This is a beautiful, well maintained community located between Shomberg Rd and Veterans Pkwy.  The homes range in age from new to 15 yrs old.

Arbor  Ridge - Nice well kept neighborhood off Shomberg Rd and next to Maple Ridge Subdivsion.  Homes range in price from $190,000 to $250,000 and in age from 8 to 15 yrs old.

Wrenwood - New Pinnacle homes Subdivision on Warm Springs Rd.  Prices Range from $180,000 to $220,000.

Brooks Crossing - New homes in North Columbus.  Off Williams Rd close to 185.  Patio homes ranging from $160,000 to $180,000
