Timber Creek - Appoximately 100 homes in a growing area of Columbus GA just off Whitesville Rd where Williams Rd runs into it on the North side of Columbus.   These homes range from about $200,000 to $300,000.   The age range in Timber Creek is from 3 yrs old to 12 years old.  Very nice mostly brick homes.  All the streets are cul-de-sac streets.  With no thru streets it is a very quiet neighborhood.

Green Island - Prestigous Golf and Lakeside Community.  This area has homes that range from $200,000 to several million dollars.   Amenities include the Green Island Country Club, Lake Oliver and homes on 1 acre to estate lots.  Located in a great area on the North side of Columbus.  Some of the homes are older and some are brand new.

Bridge Mill - New subdivision in a great area off Whitesville Rd. just north of Williams Rd.  Homes range in price from $300,000 to $400,000

Maplebrook - Located off Whitesville Road in North Columbus. Just munites from schools and shopping. 1 and 2 story plans available. Prices ranging from the 120's
