First we need to put a good value on your home so that you don't give away anything but your home will sell in a time frame that fits your needs. Pricing a home too high can kill the sale - buyers may not know that you are willing to come down.
Second we need to let the Realtors in the area know your home is for sale and what the terms are. We can do that instantly through the Columbus and Phenix City MLS. We will probably also do an agents open house to show the home off to the other agents in the area. We want the other 700+ Realtors in the area working for us - trying to sell your home to their clients!
Third we need to market your home effectively. We use the newspaper, Homes and Land, Find-a-Home and about 10 high traffic websites to let the public know your home is for sale.
