Grand Opening for Orchard Hills went Great!!  

What is not to like about this new subdivision in Phenix City.   The home pictured has 2468 sq. ft. with 4 huge bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths, 2 living areas, fireplace,  large kichen with breakfast bar and is only prices at $155,990.   Combined with the low interest rates available that puts your house payment extremely low - well within most BAH's at Fort Benning.
