Donna and Wayne are experienced full time Realtors.   We think it is very important to you to have a full time professional Realtor!  

We negotiate and facilitate 70 - 80 transactions per year and from that we have a lot of experience in navigating the bumps and turns in a Real Estate transaction including negotiation of the contract, financing options, and problems that may come up.  Sometimes the best skills we pocess are being problem solvers. 

We spend considerable time and energy becoming educated in our field.  Donna is an Associate Broker and has the national GRI designation.   Wayne has the e-Pro internet professional designation as well as the Accredited Home Seller designation.   Both are working on their CRS designations now.
